Dedicated to excellence and respected for her ability to tackle new challenges and manage large projects, Shiela Jones was recruited by Direct Sourcing Solutions, Inc. in 1997.
Passionate about providing high quality customer service, Ms. Jones would meet and exceed highly ambitious project goals. It was during this time that she would hone her customer service skills, with a focus on automotive purchasing.
In 2000, Ms. Jones joined Project Solutions Company, LLC. Known industry wide as a “project trouble shooter,” she furthered her reputation, by developing creative solutions, for a variety of national and international programs.
After reaching the pinnacle of her career in automotive, Shiela transitioned into information technology and accepted an opportunity with Flagstar Bank, as an IT Project Manager.
In 2011, Shiela joined FatHead.com, a highly recognizable and elite Quicken Loans family company. Brought in as a development manager, Shiela was ultimately promoted to an IT Director position.
In 2017, Shiela was brought into RevSpring Inc. as the Director of IT Corporate Systems & Project Management. Today she is responsible for the overall strategy, implementation, maintenance, administration and management of the Corporate Project Management Office and corporate systems.
When she is not at the office, you can find her immersed in her various civic and volunteer commitments. She has been a member of the Junior League of Birmingham, Michigan Inc. since 2009.
She has worn a variety of hats at the League including, Chairwoman for the Communications Committee, Council Director for Communications and Volunteer Coordinator. Ms. Jones was nominated for and accepted the position of President of the League for the 2015-2016 calendar year.
Shiela is also currently working as the Fundraising Coordinator for the Judson Center with the goal of raising $250,000. The mission of Judson Center, a non-profit, human service agency located in Southeastern Michigan is to help children, adults and families improve their lives.
Shiela graduated from Spring Arbor University with a Bachelor’s in Communications in 1995.
